How can I add new products?

  • Login to your vendor account
  • Navigate to your dashboard
  • Click on the add new product on top of right
  • Enter the product name as stated on the product label
  • Add at least 3 quality pictures of the product
  • Select the category of the product from our category list
  • Add known names of the product apart from the name on the product label to the tags. You can also add the car brands for the product in the tag
  • Write an extensive description of the product in the product description box
  • Add the price of the product
  • Save the product and wait for us to verify and make it active for you to start selling

    • How can I know if I have received orders?

    An email will be sent to the email you provided and a notification will also be sent to you on the platform. You will also receive a notification on your phone that will take you to the particular order.

    How do I get paid?

    For every sale you make, you will be paid by Autoverse through your account details provided within 24 hours of the purchase. You can always check your Autoverse account to check your balance due and payments made

    Do I need a credit or debit card to create a shop?

    No, you do not need a credit card to start selling. Autoverse manages all the payment from the customer. Update your account with your banking details and we will transfer all payments to you
